Previous international consulting and project management experience spanning multiple industries fuels her creativity in solving problems for executives.

Andrea’s no-nonsense approach to leadership development has earned her roles as a speaker, podcast guest, and author. Her clients have worked across all industries, and at some recognizable organizations such as Target, MIT, Accenture, and the Department of Defense.

Most recently, Andrea was named the 2022 Inspirational Leader of The Year by The Rosie Network- a nationwide non-profit organization that promotes the entrepreneurial efforts of our nations’ veterans and military spouses. As part of her leadership training she’s earned certificates from Harvard University National Preparedness Leadership Initiative and the McCrystal Group. She’s also earned certifications as a Mental Health Ally, and as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
