Meeting Details:

Keeping physically fit can be a challenge in today’s construction industry. After all, our crews are no different than athletes. This month we will hear from Brittany Bergmann and Will Bruckner from Evolve Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine on how to get your body right and keep it in tip top condition so you can meet the challenges of the workplace.
